The meat quality here is outstanding—honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. All the meats and vegetables were fresh and delicious, and the food came out quickly with generous portions. However, the service was quite slow. Our server didn’t check in for refills, additional orders, or even water, which was disappointing. Another downside was the $3 per person charge for the salad and sauce bar. It felt like an unexpected extra cost that could have been included in the all-you-can-eat price. Refills at the salad bar were also a bit slow. Be aware that the restaurant gets very crowded, and parking is limited

Had an incredible experience at Happy Lamb Hot Pot in Seattle! The quality of the food was absolutely impeccable, everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. You can really taste the difference in every bite. But what truly made the visit unforgettable was the service. The staff was amazing, and a special shout-out to Cindy. She was so sweet, friendly, and attentive that it felt like we were enjoying a home-cooked meal right in our own kitchen. Her warmth and hospitality made the entire experience feel extra special. If you’re craving comforting, high-quality hot pot with top-tier service, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Food is great, the broth is very thick in taste, good meat and vegetables seem fresh. Decent portion for all you can eat too. However, there are about 5 flies in the sauce & dessert section, just flying there. Without this it would be perfect.

First time at Happy Lamb, and our waitress, Jennie was the most helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable with the food, and above all, very patient to entertain all our questions being our first visit with this place. Definitely recommend to visit. The food, definitely hit the spot ! Everything was delicious and the broth are all very satisfying

Happy lamb is one of my favorite hot pot Resturants. The all you can eat is pricey but you can have as many rounds as you want so if you can eat a lot it’s a great deal. The service here is always quick and the meats are amazing as well. Their side and sauce bar is also full of so much other great stuff beyond just the sauces. Great hot pot place!
